Nathalie Tess Blau Solano

With over a decade of experience practicing law, attorney Nathalie Tess Blau Solano joins the BG&A Abogados team as part of a group of high-level professionals providing comprehensive services in multiple areas of Law.

She is a trilingual attorney (Spanish, English, and French) with extensive experience in immigration, corporate, labor, and real estate law, specializing in advising national and international clients, both individuals and companies, on immigration, relocation, and naturalization processes.

Throughout her career, she has served as Director of the Immigration Department at Lexincorp Abogados (2022-2024), leading residency processes, corporate and commercial advisory, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance for startups, multinational companies, and foreign investors.

She also worked as an associate attorney at GLC Abogados (2021-2022) in immigration, corporate, and labor law, providing legal support in residency processes, labor and intellectual property contracts, and advising Human Resources departments of multinational companies.

Her experience includes her role at Zucher, Odio, Raven (2020) as a junior associate in civil litigation and administrative law, as well as at SR Asociados & CELIG (2018-2020), where she managed residencies, naturalizations, immigration procedures for same-sex couples, and civil and labor judicial processes.

She began her professional career at Nassar Abogados (2013-2018) as a junior attorney and paralegal in immigration, labor, and corporate law, and worked as a legal assistant at BG&A Abogados Corporativos (2012).

Her solid academic background in International Law and Human Rights strengthens her profile as a reliable, strategic professional focused on the effective resolution of complex legal issues.

Today, she is part of the BG&A Abogados team, offering clients her expertise in immigration and corporate law, guided by excellence and a client-centered approach.
