Alexa Narváez, with over seven years of litigation experience, has excelled in representing both domestic and international companies across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. Her dedication to effective courtroom defense has been a cornerstone of her career, providing expert guidance and vigorously protecting her clients’ interests in diverse legal proceedings.

For the past five years, Alexa has successfully managed the traffic litigation processes for one of the country’s leading companies, overseeing a large vehicle fleet. This role has deepened her understanding of the legal and operational intricacies within the transportation sector and helped her develop robust strategies for risk mitigation and conflict resolution regarding vehicle circulation.

Moreover, her career is marked by her ability to effectively manage both judicial and administrative collections, showcasing a proactive and dedicated approach to securing successful asset recovery for her clients. She has consistently overcome a variety of challenges in this field by implementing innovative strategies and tailoring them to meet the specific needs of each case.

Alexa is also an active member of the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Bar Association, serving as Deputy Secretary and significantly contributing to the development and regulation of legal practice in the country. Currently, she is the Director of El Foro Magazine and a member of the Construction Law Commission of the Bar Association.

In her professional journey, Alexa was initially part of BGA Abogados, where she first honed her litigation skills. From 2019 to 2024, she was the litigation director at another prominent Costa Rican firm, a role in which she broadened her experience and expertise in handling complex cases. Recently, Alexa returned to BGA Abogados to leverage her extensive experience and skills to benefit our clients, reinforcing our commitment to delivering effective and high-quality legal solutions.
